About Heather Rich

Originally from Santa Monica, California, Heather moved to Denver to raise her children in a safe, clean, family driven community with great opportunities for education. Plus, who could turn down over 300 sunny days a year!
Heather began her real estate career in Southern California. She worked at CBRE on a retail team in the South Bay. Later she decided that finding the perfect home for her family, friends and clients was her calling. She worked at Coldwell Banker under a top agent in Santa Monica. She began her real estate career in the Denver metro area in 2021 and has found nothing more fulfilling than handing over the keys to her clients new home. Heather is an outgoing, friendly person who loves to make connections with people and help them find their dream home. She will listen to your needs and work hard until you are left with a huge smile and a beautiful home.
When Heather isn’t working, you’ll often find her skiing, hiking and playing with her family.
